Annually, there is a CPI increase for Burial Plots, Wall Niches and other requirements. The fees are set through Cemeteries & Crematoria Association Victoria. As from 1st July, 2011 the purchase of a single Burial Plot (Perpetual Tenure) is $250.00 and a single Wall Niche (Perpetual Tenure) is $145.00. The cemetery now has provision to place a memorial plaque dedicated to those "whose remains lie elsewhere". Other services ( Interments, memorials etc.) prices on request.
