See the locals on the silver screen at the premier of three short films about Newstead and the people who live there at the Newstead Community Centre.  Doors open 6.15pm
The Australian centre for the Moving Image and Mt Alexander Shire Council premiere three new short films about Newstead and the people who live there.
With subjects including the Newstead Community Garden, the Newstead swimming pool not to mention some of the unique personalities,'ACMI in the Regions' promises to be a great illustration of town today  -   showing the richeness of the town , its residents and their contribiution to the towns character.
