On Friday March 5th more than 3 million people worldwide will be worshipping together during an annual day of prayer, using a service prepared by Christian women in Cameroon. Services will be held in over 170 countries and islands worldwide, as they take part in a globe-circling Day of Prayer. Cameroon has been identified internationally as a source, transit and destination country for trafficking women and children for forced labour and sexual exploitation.
We celebrate with the women of Cameroon as they rejoice and praise God in activities of daily life: cooking, singing lullabies and working in the fields, farms and cocoa and coffee plantations.
